We have recently purchased 10 lots in Cumberland, ME. These home sites will be sold to high perfomance buyers on a first come - first served basis. Design will be in coordination with our building partner, BrightBuilt Home and construction to be started by this summer!
We are working to put a road into the community in the next month or so and will start to take deposits on the lots right away. $1000 refundable deposits will be taken as we work with you on the design and final costs of each home.
